Hey gang
So I backed up my old torch using desktop software. Now on my other torch i try to restore and my contact list is greyed out and it will not let me choose it. Is there a way to bring those contacts in ? Barring that, is there some sort of .bbb file reader so i can at least manually add them if need be ? |

What you can try doing is click on Backup/Restore, then click the Advanced tab. From there, you should be able to delete the Address Book from the BlackBerry device. Once this is done, you should be able to do a restore properly.
I had this happen when I swapped Curve handsets, and this is what I did to fix it. |

You can chase your phone thief, if you have installed any tracking application ...
