@JamesK: Except that we're discussing Manitoba, and not Saskatchewan.
 And Rogers might consider the prairies remote; what else can you expect for an entity with "head offices" in Toronto and Vancouver.  Mississauga, Toronto, Ottawa, same thing. (former Scarborough resident typing here)
