While the thread hasn't been updated since December, it definitely won't be updated after April 2nd. Harmonix has confirmed that there will be no more weekly DLC updates for Rock Band after this date.

For the past 5 years, the kids at Harmonix have labored to release weekly DLC for its Rock Band platform. 275 consecutive weeks and over 4,000 songs later, the music will finally stop this April, announced Harmonix's Aaron Trites, Manager of Community Development. Specifically, April 2, 2013 will be the last weekly DLC release for Rock Band.
