.... the outside temp. is 32C today and the relative humidity reads 80%.
What air temp. can I expect at the registers. Thanks. |

You should see a 10-20F difference between the supply and return depending on the humidity level in the house and the amount of air the blower is moving.
Humidity inside reduces the difference.

My air temp. reads currently 65F at the incoming air register.
.... what should be the readings for the relative humidity at the air registers? |

65F is a really low return air temperature and 80% is through the roof.
The chart I was looking at only goes down to 68F return. Temperature readings need to be taken at the air handler/furnace, especially if the ductwork goes through an unconditioned space. If it doesn't seem to be cooling properly, call for service.
