As stated in the topic, the CRTC approved WWE Network for Canadian Distribution

Application 2014-0886-5
http://www.crtc.gc.ca/eng/archive/2014/2014-613.htm

With that said, it's mentioned that of course this channel won't be 100% the same as the U.S feed, but many interveners commented on this and Rogers attempted to alleviate concerns.

Let's hope over time it does :)

"Given that Rogers has addressed the concerns raised in the interventions, the Commission is satisfied that the application does not raise any issues"

Rogers addressed the concerns by basically shrugging and saying "it's fine". It's still a pay more and get less than the rest of the planet lame version.

"7. Moreover, Rogers indicated that the Commission authorizes the distribution of non-Canadian services in Canada without requiring them to abide by Canadian exhibition or other regulatory requirements. It added that access to such services directly benefits the Canadian broadcasting system by increasing diversity in programs available to Canadians and that Canadian talent benefits indirectly, given-as stated by certain interveners-the various Canadian professional wrestlers showcased on the service.

8. Finally, Rogers confirmed that the WWE Network service that it proposed to distribute in Canada would broadcast the same content as that broadcast by the WWE Network service in the United States and that the service would complement its other offerings, such as various sporting programs on Sportsnet 360 and live events on pay-per-view."

Doesn't the above mean that they will be delivering WWE, as is, with the possible exception of rights issues.

They'll be delivering the live feed, yeah. The problem is that the everywhere else version also has a huge back catalog of on demand content, and Rogers is only making a tiny fraction of that available, while charging $2/month more for it.

As usual, Canadians get an inferior product for higher cost, and the CRTC thinks that's just peachy.

what they are saying the content that currently shown here in Canada, would be exactly the same that US or Online has, such as after WWE PPV event there as Aftershow. right now that doesnt appear on the channel.
