Just took it out of storage after the move and it doesn't seem to work. It's been unplugged since June.
How do I get it to work again? Can I activate over the net or do I have to call the dreaded people at Bell to get it active and working again? |

What do you mean by not working? I had one in storage over the summer and it wouldn't even power up. It was a good excuse to get another HD receiver.

I mean it works....but it says I need to call Sky dish..even though my account is active and works. I heard that after a dish sits for 3 months without use it goes inactive and u need to call skydish to get it back up to date...

Just give Bell a call and they'll be able to send a signal to get it up and running again.

The channels will come back slowly if you wait. Or, go online into your Bell TV account and "synchronize" your receivers.

Just activate online or use the self serve option via phone.

You'll probably have to download software if it hasn't already.
Just get a hit sent and it'll be working in no time. |
