Default adding a second dual lnb standard def

OK... I currently have 2 standard def receivers. My dish has 1 dual LNB with one cable running to each receiver. The dish has a y so I added a second dual LNB because I wanted to move my 1 receiver to a different room and couldn't reroute the existing cable. I ran a new cable and added the second dual LNB to the Y and plugged it in.... no signal on 91?? The other lnb and receiver is at 90%. Am I missing something? Can this not be done? I could unplug the non used cable and plug in the new one to the original LNB but I would like to be able to ad a 3rd receiver to that one eventually. I hope that all made sense...Thanks in advance.

The second position on the Y yoke is for the 82 satellite. It is mostly HD content. Just move the new cable to the now unused position on the original LNB or add a sw34 to get 4 outputs from the two on the 91 dual LNB.

Is there a switch that I can put on one of the original lines and split that one in two? as opposed to 2 into 4 with the SW34. Because of the way this is wired now it would be easier if I left the one original untouched.

You could always swap the 2 x LNBF's you have for a DPP Quad LNBF, that will do exactly what you want and you will still have a spare port for a 4th receiver down the line.

No re-aiming will be required and it will fit into BOTH slots on the "Y" yolk.
