Port number from Primus TBB to Rogers Rocket hub - Canadian TV, Computing and Home Theatre Forums

Can this be done?

I have Primus TBB and was "forced" to get a Rogers Rocket Hub (Rogers discontinued the Portable Internet service)

The Rocket hub now comes with a "landline" so I now have both Primus + Rogers VOIP.

I'd now like to cancel my Primus and get the number ported to the Rogers Rocket Hub.
