Default Change TV options on Aliant website

I've been trying to change theme packs the last couple nights on the new Aliant website and they are saying there are technical difficulties try later. Anybody know whats going on ??
I find the new website a little unstable and think Aliant have a few bugs to work out.

I had the same issue and looks like it's still down.

I called in to have some theme packs removed and the lady I was speaking with couldn't even make the changes. I told her to make sure there was a note on file that I had requested the removal. That was June 13. Channels are still there.

I actually tried emailing Aliant telling them about the problem and received no answer back so I called them up and the CSR sounded confused said they are working on it and it should be fixed this week ??
I think she was just trying to put me off and had no idea what I was asking her. As I said earlier I find the Aliant website very unstable but I hope they fix this problem soon.
I'm surprised how bad the customer service is at Aliant,I just left Bell Satellitte who are supposed to have really poor customer service but it is much better than Aliant.

i have the opposite experience. i have called aliant a number of times for adjusting my theme packs and promo's and never had an issue or any problems or annoyances when speaking to them every time. when i had to call up bell tv when i had sat i always found it was always a hassle and the agent's were not the knowlegable

I just left Bell Sat after 10 years so maybe I'm being a little unfair judging Aliant's customer service after a month of service, but I feel they should get back to you and answer your question when emailed. It says somebody will respond to your email within 24 hours and it has been a week.
Over the years the CSR's at Bell Sat have aways been very easy to contact and were very knowledgeable and able to help with any problem.
I'm really sorry I had to discontinue my service with them as it was superior service to Aliant but I had no choice as the contractor would not warranty my new roof if I put the dish back up.
Hopefully things will improve with Aliant and they will give us more HD & sports channels and there will be no need to contact them.
If things don't improve I could always give Eastink a try after my year contract is up.
