Well those places are going to have to do something even sooner as the end of analog cable is likely coming very soon, even before the end of SD digital channels. One of the attractions to Rogers is that it makes cable theft via splitting signals much harder than it is today. But that is a different discussion.

1000 range is probably the best way regardless, given other providers do it
