Hey all,
So here's the scoop. We have three TVs in the house. Up until Thursday we had only one DCX3400 which is in the main room. On Thursday I purchased a second, used DCX3400 to plug into my own TV in order to take advantage of the HD channels and DVR features (and I plan to bring it with when I move out). The HD channels worked fine Thursday when I got it set up, and I even recorded a few things which I watched yesterday. I didn't actually watch live TV yesterday, only my recordings. I turned the TV on five mins ago and now I get a "Not Authorized" message on the HD channels. They are still all running fine in the main room. Any idea what's going on? Thanks in advance for your help. Nick |

You say you purchased it used? Did you check with Eastlink to make sure that the person you purchased it from was "a customer in good standing" (bills paid, etc) and that Eastlink would activate the PVR on your account?
Did you activate it on your account like you should? http://www.digitalhome.ca/2011/05/bu...box-in-canada/
