Sportsnet HD screw up

Last night, the Yankees are on, from 7pm to 10 Pm on Sportsnet East, West and Pacific. The Ontario Sportsnet is showing Kickboxing. Sportsnet HD, on Videotron, is also supposed to be showing baseball, since we are getting Sportsnet East, here in Quebec. So channel 81, 83 and 84 are airing the baseball game. Channel 82 (ontario) is airing the kickboxing. So why is the HD Sportsnet showing the kickboxing too??? The guide says baseball Yankees vs Tampa Bay. I had to step out, I come back at 8h45, still showing Kickboxing on the HD channel. They finally switched to baseball around 9h00.

It makes me angry to pay HD fees, plus the Sportsnet/TSN hd extra fees, when they cannot get their act together, and show the proper show on that channel. I tried to call, customer service was closed.
If Videotron would have the 4 sportsnet station in HD, it wouldn't be so bad, but to have to watch something in SD, when you are paying for it in HD.

The "wrong HD channel" mess is a technical one, so you had to call the Technical Support Service, which is open 24/7... not the customer service.
