Just switched from Bell to Optik and am missing a few features i hope i just cant find.
1. Does Telus have an Autotune function? I set my TV to autotune to Disney jr so when my daughter gets up she is ok and and doesn't have to start pressing buttons. If not its not the end of the world guess i get to start getting up at 6 again. 2. I set a series to record tonight it was a new show air date shows tonight i set it to first run only and it didn't show anything to record, I switch to First and rerun and it now shows it is going to record, This isn't bad for most shows except on like history or discovery where they show the same show 10x a week. Is this Something I missed? I think that's it so far since I have discovered they don't have a all sub option on the guide. |

There isn't an autotune that you can set to automatically switch channels at certain times. The STB will stay on the last channel that it was tuned to though so set it to Disney when you turn it off at night and it will be on Disney when it is turned on in the morning.
Not sure what the first run only problem is. We are hoping for a "subscribed channels only" option with the next software update.

I think the first run vs rerun was just the show since i set about 8 timers last night and they worked so probably just a glitch.
I notice the guide is not nearly as fast as bell but I do like the channel preview in the corner. thanks for the info |
