Going on 12 hours in many parts of Greater Sudbury without phone or internet. 2nd time in as many weeks. Called Halifax and they had no idea. Very sad indeed.

I'm in Sudbury and haven't had any issues.....at least not with internet.

I would have thought Twitter would be a buzz with complaints, but not really seeing anything. Was it someone in tech support or a CSR that you spoke with?
