Default VoIP.ms find me / follow me

Hello,

Interested in signing up for VoIP.ms, but not clear if they offer a Google Voice-like "find me / follow me service".

I would like to have callers dial my number and then be routed to different numbers depending on time of day, caller id, etc.

I travel quite a bit and I would like to be able to route calls to my cell while I am away and have them routed to my desk phone (which I will purchase / configure for VoIP.ms) when I am in the office.

Thoughts / experience?

There is flexibilty. For instance, I block some numbers, I block all numbers during the wee hours, except family numbers incoming. You can forward.

I haven't tried it yet, but I believe what you are looking for is "Time Conditions" located under "Manage DIDs" in their control panel:

"You can route your DID numbers to "Time Conditions". Once you have created a Time Condition, you can go to "Manage DIDs", edit one or multiple DIDs and change the routing to the time condition of your choice."

Looks pretty flexible. You can take a look yourself by creating an account (it's free until you do something that requires payment, such as ordering a DID, placing/receiving calls...)

You can have call groups so that all the phones you define in the group ring simultaneously and you just answert he phone you want.

A couple of caveats to that however. If you direct a call to a different number, you pay in and out rates so the cost per minute can double. Also, I've used it in the past but found that if my cell phone is in the group and it happened to be turned off, my cell's voicemail would kick in immediately and I'd never get the opportunity to answer the call.

Yeah I didn't mention that alternative because of the voicemail issue. I think voip.ms are working on a solution for that.
