Same here in south granville Vancouver . The net is down , and 2hr call back times.

Hope this resolves very very soon.

There was an outage in the Lower mainland today effecting internet subscribers. This should be resolved now - if you're still experiencing issues try powercycling your modem. If that doesn't work feel free to pm me or connect with the folks on @shawhelp/chat.

Angry Outages too much

I have it twice this week. Internet doesn't work for a period of time. Lucky I can tether. I never had one interruption with telus. Somewhat regretting the switch. I always heard shaw Internet was better than telus. I'd have to disagree.

My internet very rarely goes down.

Could have a faulty modem? I was able to get it back after calling a tech.

How bout tv channels 219-220?

It could be or it could be the signal is low. Get a tech to come and look at the model and the cable.

It is a national outage.
