I have a 9 yr old Samsung DLP - Colour wheel about to go. cost about $400 installed maybe $200 if I do it myself....
Can I go to a 50" HD ready MONITOR only - do not need speakers and run through home theatre. Will this be cheaper for me and is it possible. Look forward to your expertise and comments.. |

Monitors are specialty items and are typically more expensive and much rarer than TVs. Suggest you look at TVs even though you don't need the speakers.
