Default EA SD

Encore avenue 2 was just watching and it shows me EAHD yet it's the SD channel. Why don't we get the EAHD2 channel?
and why is the SD being broadcast the HD one, this is the worst on sports when you get to miss half the ticker because of it.

Because it doesn't exist. There's only one EA HD channel.

Default A Complaint for EA2

I try not to watch movies on that channel anyways due to the onscreen advertisments for Movie Central and the occational opaque EA logo on the screen that stays there for > 1 minute at a time. Plus I find it redundant how they give the rating and viewer advisory before the movie/show starts then display the same rating when the movie starts.

Then you switch to EA1 or EAHD and you have none of that. Doesn't make much sense to do that to one channel but not the other or even at all.

Please Shaw give us Hollywood Suite.

IIRC, EA1 is subscription-only whereas EA2 is part of the basic (or other) package. That might explain the extra promos and ratings on the channel that more people see.

Once my cable issues are taken care of next week (I'm only getting 1MBPS service right now with Shaw's Speedtest, and no MC2 or MC3HD), I'm dumping Movie Central. Pretty pathetic free VOD service. And lack of HD.

I'm paying too much for 50 HD channels as it is. How can Netflix offer better service than my Cableco that owns so many Canadian media properties?
