Default re channels 377-380

I called bell today about channels 377-380 and the rep told me those channels are PPV $6.99 each. Are people actually getting them for free? What packages do you have? I have 5 themes and the movie networks.

The more this gets discussed .....the more confusing it gets. By the time it is figured out the Olympics will be over and you will have missed everything. If you stick with the main CTV feed you will not miss anything as they have a habit of repeating over and over and over. The point of the whole show is sports not arguing over which and what channels are on. Enjoy and relax.......it only happens every four years.

I just looked at my channels

316 317 318 319 (in HD) are the same as 377 378 379 380 (in SD)

If you've gotta an HD box, stick to 316 317 318 319

I only have access to the SD box currently at the cottage for the week. So you just get hose channels? You didn't have to sub them?

These are PPV channels, EXCEPT, Bell has opened them for free when they're carrying Olympic coverage.

Is this your SD box, or one that belongs to the cottage?

When you try and activate Ch.377, is it there, or is it missing?

If all the PPV channels are missing, they have probably been locked out by the Owner (if you're renting the cottage, you may have to call the Owner for his PIN).

If it is your receiver, and Channels 377 378 379 380 are missing, they have been locked out.

To get them, you need to go to Locks (MENU, 5). Input your 4 digit PIN, select OK.

Go to Channel Locks (Option 2), go to Channels 377 378 379 380 and see if they are selected.

If they are selected, un-select them, and press Done.

Cancel out of everything.

Go to Guide, are these channels now showing in the guide?

If these 4 channels are now in the guide, pick one and they should now be working.

THANK YOU
Finally someone with the correct answer. I had locked out PPV but it was not telling me they were locked. It was telling me they were subscription channels to which I had not subscribed when I went to the channels. Turned off locks and all the channels are there.
The box belongs to me. I have brought it to the cottage for my two weeks of vacation.
