Default Quick answer needed on VDSL in a condo in HRM

I am helping out a relative (via text messages) get their new condo wired for TV, phone and internet. Originally the plan for FibreOP but now that the guy is onsite he said VDSL is the best hey can do. I am not familiar with VDSL and my relative is not technically inclined so I don't know exactly what the tech might be saying.

So I need the fast low-down on internet, tv and phone options from BellAliant in under 140 characters.

What speeds are we talking about and what resolution/quality is the TV signal?

Thanks guys and gals.

Thanks for that clarification. That page says "including over 80 HD channels, and all your favourites" yet the tech said no HD. I suspect it will be a wait and see what you get. Also there is no mention of speeds or caps on that page. I assume the standard DSL speeds and caps apply.
