Thumbs down Cogeco telephone quality

Twice in the past 24 hours I have had a call from a galaxy far, far away. The reception was so bad and broken up with lots of drop outs that I could not believe the stupidity of the call centre. They called again this morning. I asked the "person from another country" why they would call me twice in 24 hours to sell me a phone service that was total garbage. I hung up before she could say anything. The stupidity astounds. sailmaker
