Hi,
Im looking to mount my Pioneer speakers on the wall. I dont know what i need to do this. On the back of the speaker is one threaded hole that im assuming is a where a mount would thread into. Any help would be appreciated.

If there is a threaded hole, then cut a piece of plywood and drill a hole in it. Screw the plywood to the speaker using that threaded hole. Then, screw the plywood into a stud. Of course, use your judgement/creativity to make it look nice. To get the right screw (or bolt) that goes into that speaker, just bring one into Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Lowes, etc...

The good thing is those particular speakers are quite light for their size.

FS and BB both carry wall brackets for speaks. It's usually a universal thread for the back of the speak. You can screw the bracket into a stud, or if the spacing doesn't allow, then use toggle bolts (if you're worried about the weight)

If your situaton does not allow attaching to a stud, look for a hollow wall anchor called toggler. These anchors can hold significant weight. They are a threaded bar with a removable zap strap attached to them. They work very well, I use them in my work. I install office furniture and use them to hang storage bins etc.
