Refund for Telus LD Usage Charges - Canadian TV, Computing and Home Theatre Forums

Has anyone NOT on a Telus Long Distance Plan and paid for the $2.95 usage charge without making any LD calls recieved their credit?

I skimmed thru my old bills and found 3 mos of charges and I've made zero LD calls (other months I made 1 or 2 short LD calls) and I can't seem to find the credit on any of my statements.
