Question Alternative to BEV?

I've been with Bell's ExpressVu for a few years, but I'm getting tired of paying $70 with tax each month (5 theme packs; even reducing that to 2 would save me only $4). Bell's competitors which are available to me in southern Ontario (Rogers, Cogeco, Starchoice) have similar pricing when all is said and done, taking into account having to pay for installation if I were to switch.

Are there any alternatives to the big players? Are there any Internet-to-TV services available yet? I know the hardware is there, but I haven't seen anything about services.

Update: I've noticed that there are various Internet-based TV services for eastern and western provinces, but I've found nothing for Ontario. What's up with that?
