OK, I know that there are ads on almost all websites these days. That's how we're able to have a "free" internet. But now I've noticed that some "articles" are actually infomercials.
I have Yahoo.ca as my home page and there's usually the latest news at a glance, but for the past couple of days there was a link that looked like a story, but was actually an infomercial. Today, there was a link to the following on the front page of Yahoo Canada. http://ca.lifestyle.yahoo.com/fashio...k_out_in_style The other day there was one on Winter Tires, but it was also a Canadian Tire informercial. Edit - found the link in my History. http://yahoo.shoptoit.ca/shop/conten...__cid_235.html What do you think of this trend? Is this something recent or have I simply missed the previous ones.
