I think the thread title should be changed to reflect that this is about BDUs in general, not all broadcasting.

Agreed. I only skimmed it, but it seems related to BDUs and cable channels. I didn't see anything related to broadcast channels, but I may have missed it.

In my quick read, I found it pretty comprehensive, though only television-related.

On the other hand, I just read a Globe story in which Rogers regulatory affairs VP Ken Engelhart is quoted as saying: "We think they've made some great suggestions, and we think the time is long overdue for having this proceeding."

Maybe we should title the thread "CRTC seeking input on how to give the store away to Rogers."
