Nels Stewart Veteran Join Date: Jan 2002 Posts: 1,905	CTV-HD West problems? Has anyone else noticed a problem with local programming on CTV-HD West lately? I'm on BEV; when I watch the local news it looks like they are having some sort of issue with their digital encoders, resulting in a slight juddering to the video as well as considerable stairstepping. Network SD and HD programming is fine. Are any OTA viewers noticing this as well?
