Default NFL Football on Global - Simsubs in 2007

Anyone have the times, and HD channels that these games will be broadcast on Saturday and Sunday? I'm assuming FoxHD and/or ABCHD will have the games. I didn't see anything for TSNHD.

Frankly who cares about TSNHD when you can watch on the U.S. Networks!

The games are all on Global instead of TSN anyway...but it's always better direct from the source.

Which leads to the question about sim-subbing.

I agree, who cares about TSNHD when you can get the direct broadcast. I just mentioned that I didn't see them carrying it.

Will these be sim-subbed?? I hope not.

On Rogers, you can pretty much assume the Eastern feeds will be simsubbed with GlobalHD. What will be curious if they will do it over the Seattle HD channels. BEsdies the superbowl, dont think Ive seen GlobalHD simsumbbed football over a western channel.

I hope that useless Global does not simsub the NBC HD west feeds today, as well as the FOX and CBS HD west feeds tomorrow, otherwise it'll make for a miserable weekend of trying to watch football.

Probably speaking too soon and going to jinx it, but as of right now, Global is only simsubbing over the Buffalo NBC, not the Seattle one.

No simsub on NBC Burlington on Videotron. Great news for the Superbowl!

Simsubs on Expressvu on both NBC channels to start the game. Since then, the simsubs have been removed. No simsubs on SD NBC on Expressvu, not sure about HD right now.

The global SD simsub is awful, Ive already counted 3 plays in which theyve missed at least half of it by coming out of commercials late.

HD on NBCWest has been simsub free. Highly doubt Superbowl will have the west feeds open though.

Default NFL - Global is missing parts of plays

Has anyone noticed that Global is often coming back from commercial in the middle of plays in the Colts/Chiefs game? Indy just scored a TD and Global only showed it from the middle of the play - after the ball was in the air. They also showed a FG earlier when the ball was in midair. After the ads, they come back and show another ad superimposed on the jumbo screen in the stadium. But they are not cutting away quickly enough to catch the beginning of the play. Whose responsibility is this? It's very irritating for viewers.

Yep, I mentioned it in the HD thread, that the global coverage has been very weak, coming into plays midplay in several occassions.
