I think they've written themselves right into a corner, that's what I think....

If this was a Greek drama, in the next episode one of the Gods would reach down and snatch the condemned man out of the clutches of the Prison System....

Jeez. I assumed that was Lincolns body in the preview especially since it was daytime at the graveyard. I also got suckered in by "fish's" comment that we must continue on with the escape.

Now that you mention it, there has to be some other last minute save for Lincoln unless they want vengeance to become the focus of the story.

they said the execution was to be at 12:01 PM so that would make it daytime.

Its way too early for the VP's brother to show up. That would end the show since it would prove Linc did not kill him.

The idea that some other chair problem is going to occur is a good one. I think I would place my bets on that.

Another exciting episode! I wonder why they didn't show the guards attaching another electrode to Lincoln's leg like they do in an actual execution?
BTW, they cover the face of the condemed man not for his benefit but to spare the witnesses having to see all of the gruesome facial contortions that happen to the body.
Thankfully, most states now use lethal injection for executions but even that has gone terribly wrong in a few cases.

THE ONLY REASON I started watching was because of the storyline. I think the storyline was very good & original!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mind u i don't watch many shows except for House, Sopranos, Yes Dear, Everybody loves Raymond. Maybe a few more here & there.

1. NHL Hockey
2. Sopranos
3. Prision Break

I can't wait to get the DVD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow. What a suspense-filled final episode of the season!

Here's hoping they didn't 'jump the shark'.

Yeah, I'm kinda thinking that too, now that they've broken out of prison. Going after DB's money could be interesting, especially as there's the main group of five, the one-handed guy, the kid in the horse vehicle, and psycho-boy. (Incidentally, wasn't that spooky when he was watching the girl, but hilarious watching him ride the bike?) I can see some surprise reunions down the road, particularly the one-handed guy -- he'll be bent on revenge.

Remember in Lost when we were told we were gonna find out what happened to the people in tail section of the plane? And most people thought it was either gonna be really cool or really lame? I feel the same way about this next season of Prison Break. But I'm keeping up the faith -- the show's kept me on the edge of my seat for two seasons; I've no doubt the writers will continue their stellar writing.

cheers,
supervij

PS: Wonder if they'll change the name of the show, now that they've broken out of prison. Unlikely, and probably a bad idea, but the name simply doesn't fit anymore . . .

I beg to differ. Prison Break as a title even though they are out, just implies that they are "riding" the escape wave. They still are on the Prison Break. How they write the story from now on will in large be the link with the break and the escape.
As for the show itself, many twists were started in this last show. The vice-president that didn't die, the lawyer finding the undead brother, the doc overdosing...so many open doors. Can't wait to see the next season.

Default T Bag and his hand

Interesting how times have changes, and it is deemed 'acceptable' to show on prime time a man writhing in pain with his chopped off hand lying by his side.

And to top it off, a few minutes later we see this same man running in the woods all bloodied, cradling his disconnected hand.

Since they missed their flight, I'd say the only two with a chance of escaping are the nutbar on the bicycle and the weaselly kid hiding in the horse trailer.....

I predict they will all be rounded up and hafta break out all over again.....
