Default black screen after fresh hardware upgrade

OK so I installed a new motherboard (msi 970 g 45), processor (amd FX 4 core) plus a new power supply, memory and HD

I fired up the machine and got the mobo's main menu

After looking at it I clicked the x and it asked me to save so I said yes

Now my monitor is black. No signal. When I turn on the machine the computer speaker beep but no signal comes to the monitor

I tried firing up the machine with a windows boot able but no dice

Any suggestions ?

Thanks

Clear NVRAM. Instructions will be in the manual. It usually involves unplugging the PC, removing the battery and shorting the battery holder terminals. Sometimes there is a jumper but don't forget to move it back before replacing the battery.

don't believe it to be a problem with the card as worked on machine i used prior

basically, i took the guts out of my old box

put all new guts in

now this is where i am at

everything on the inside is new
