Default AntennaTV FTA Channel?

I wonder if there's a FTA channel that carries AntennaTV? I know RTV, THIS and MeTV has open feeds on satellite.

Smile Antenna TV

I live in the Niagara area, about 30 miles or so from Buffalo, N.Y. and receive Antenna TV off air crystal clear. It is carried by WGRZ but it is on their second channel..WGRZ 2. I have a channel master hd antenna permanently mounted, it does not rotate...many clear channels come in from Buffalo....good luck with getting Antenna TV...

Live in Belleville, Ontario. I can sometimes receive WGRZ and it's subchannel, when the tropo is working OK. It won't be available, once the cold weather sets in, however. I've also noticed that WHEC, out of Rochester, and it's subchannel MeTV has become less stable, the last few months. It used to be a lock, almost all of the time around here. I'm wondering if they lowered power, or tightened their footprint going northward. It's still receivable, about 75% of the time, in these parts.

One other notation; I spoke with WWNY's program director, Jim Corbin, by E Mail earlier in the week. He told me that WWNY has actually boosted their ERP, in the last month, for better reception in the North Country. Watertown's WWTI's subchannel, CW is now broadcasting in 720p for the first time, also.

101 W (C BAND) has both MeTV & This Tv. RTV can be found on many satellites, such as 83W (kuBAND) or 87W CBand.

Good Luck,
Al

Yes, I'm trying to put a C/Ku system together soon. I'm going to take my old DSR921 out of storage, reload the channel maps, then slave it with a Viewsat9000. I'm hoping that this gets me up and running, by winter. It's a pain getting the component together, but I just have to do it, knowing the neighbours to my southwest are taking down some trees. Should help the Over-The-Air antenna, as well.
