Default Any decent places to get a Panasonic plasma set in Toronto?

By "decent" I mean not Futureshop or Best Buy. I don't want to have to argue about cables and extra warranties.

I'm looking to get one of the VT50s. I could get one from the U.S. for way less, but I'd prefer to support a local business. As long as they'd be willing to move off of the MSRP...

Electronics for Less. I believe they are, however, not an authorized Panasonic dealer, but the price typically includes their own 2 year warranty. They will usually meet the best price you can find in Canada, so go there last.

Thanks for the replies. I ended up going to G&G electronics.

I was happy with the price they gave me, and after some inventory problems they went above and beyond to make things right.

My new vt50 is one sexy beast.

Congrats, Dioneo. I just got a Panasonic plasma set myself, a TCP-ST50, and the picture on it is superb. Most of the reviews I've read on that particular TV give it top marks, it's not hard to see why. I also find that the 'smart TV' features it offers work fairly well - certainly better than the Samsung Smart Hub I bought and returned.

I've always tended to buy Panasonic TV sets because of their quality, reliability and the good value for money they offer. They may not look as sexy as the latest Samsung sets, but three out of four ain't bad.
