New receiver, error 128
The technician was here this afternoon to make the installation at our new house.
Everything is working fine on our old 9241 or 9242 receiver, but with our 2 new 6400 it's not working.
He had to call to activate them, once it was done I saw the message changing on the screen to something that say Activation of the receiver is in progress, don't touch it while it's doing it (or something like that, the screen is in french), I had to leave so I let them at this screen, I'm back home 4h00 later and it's still like that.
Is there something I can do for that, like a reset or anything, or I new to wait until tomorrow to call Bell ?
