Final season starts this weekend. I think I will have to record all eps before I start watching.

Thanks for the heads up. I never know when things are starting because I never watch the previews between movies. I need to do that every now and then...

Been watching new 'war of the damned' season with the wife. We enjoyed the previous seasons, but, is it just me or is anyone else tiring of the stylized dialogue and find themselves rooting for the Romans over Spartacus' "merry" band?

See understanding elevated. Much annoyance is experienced.

For me the direct translation of Latin to English is surprisingly refreshing in a literary way, and I wish more colloquial English was expressed like it. I shouldn't have dropped out of Latin class.
The tersely worded but exceptionally clear intented dialog is very efficient. Much better than the verbal noise of our current era, such as:
I also like the dialogue of Deadwood. |

This season has lost it's soul and is a train wreck for me so far i'm hoping it will get better.

Can anyone confirm there was no episode last Sunday (Feb. 17th)? I couldn't find it on Bell so I assume they skipped a week.

Presidents Day was last Monday not sure if it was a long weekend in theSstates but you are correct there was no episode. Whether Monday if it was a holiday was a factor is just speculation on my part.

Seems to me that the language has become forced and almost a parody of itself. Not sure if they got new writers or not. It has becoming more of an annoyance now.

Despite the language, I truly enjoyed last night's episode. Great cliffhanger at the end!
