Most people prefer to just forget about something as long as it's fixed. Alas, an issue with society. People should be banning together when things happen, not just letting it go. Maybe then we would actually get good service!

I love this type of attitude....

For all we know a main feed/CO was hit by a lightning strike and screwed Aliant TV. Lets all band together complain a lot and "get better service"

You figure out how to stop lightning from striking and I'm sure ISP's will use that to better maintain their service.
