We have the novatell stick as our house internet in eastern mb(seddons corner) and have noticed poor speeds and trouble connecting the past few weekends. Is this just us or a more widespread problem? Seems MTS is dropping the ball.

No it's a province wide issue. The 3g network was also down on most smart phones.
