Is there a way I can burn on a DVD a registered program on Pvr, that is send it to a PC. or other suggestions.
Also I have a video cassette, can I register it on the PVR and burn it on a PC, like the above. tia |

Just connect a DVD Recorder to the Composite Outputs of the PVR. Press Play on the PVR and Record on the DVD Recorder.
If you want to record a HD program a DVD Recorder is no good as it will only record at 480p. For that you want something like the Haupage device that connects to your PC, that unit will record in full HD. |

thanks guys, but I want to copy it to a pc HD and then burn it. I don't have a DVD recorder other than on a PC or laptop.

The programs are encrypted to stop people from copying them directly to a PC. The only around that is to record through a PC TV tuner or a Hauppauge HD PVR as described previously.
