Priceless even! What will they think of next?

I've unsubscribed from all but "System maintenance" emails from one of my email accounts but I still get Shaw ads through my various Shaw email accounts.

I wish we could select one as a "primary" for emails. I hate that my (currently) 8 emails get spammed unnecessarily. Talk about over kill.

If you log into your account management at secure.shaw.ca you can manage "subscriptions" where you can turn on and off which types of Shaw messages you get for each account.

Yes, but that is work on my part. (Or read: A PITA with 8-10 emails!!) They should make it easy (Or "user friendly" if you like.) by simply having a pop up asking if they want to assign a primary email for all that stuff in the first place. (When you create the first account.) That makes sense to me, not the current system.
Yet again I use the word "clunky" to describe something here. Maybe some day they will implement this. I'd love to see it. *casual shrug with eyebrow lift* |

I agree. An option for "Which email account would you like to receive your communications on?" would be best.
Maybe they'll put the rate increases to good use and do this? |
