From what I understand, it's still an issue for most folks who have the lobby watch on that particular frequency, still on the drawing board of things to fix at rogers

I too live in an apartment condo and have had this problem too, with the exact same channels (590, 592 and 596). Thankfully, those channels aren't exactly ones I'm dying to watch.

Their was a recent small channel re-alignment on May 29th I believe, so I guess they moved some channels around and that fixed your issue.

I think that channel switch around was only for analogue cable users.

Also TheNewDC, answer the reply to the Rogers New Channel forum about you saying June 5... What does this date represent?!

They may have re-alligned some frequencies that were in use

Sorry for the late reply, guys, but I'm happy to report that I too am finally able to receive channels 590, 592 and 596 at my condo here. According to page 5 of my receiver's diagnostic screen, these channels are now on a different QAM frequency (819 MHz) which explains why they tune in without any problems. I flipped through all the HD channels which I'm subscribed to in the 500s and didn't encounter problems with any of them so things are looking good. I'm glad to hear that others are also up and running properly.
