I ordered Rona gift certificates and they were here in 3 days. Then I ordered an Ipad, and it was here in 2 days.

I ordered a shell certificate in feb-ish.. took 3 weeks.
Ordered another 2 weeks ago, still not here.

Combined with upping the requirement overnight, not impressed with them at all.
(I had 350 points when I ordered that first one, all set to order 2@175, only to find they raised the point cost as part of the "new" program.)

Yes, time to drop Air Miles as a go-out-of-your-way to get points destination. When I first started collecting it was 140 points to get a $20 certificate for Metro groceries or whatever. Then it became 160 points and now it is 190 points?

Metro grocery chain is a terrible store so far down my list of places to shop it is not even on the radar. Shell gas will continue to be a preferred site. I attempted to shop on line at Sears but that was a disaster both times so that is out. Don't make it so hard to give you money.

I ordred a Ski pass with my airmiles as a gift on December 11. When I called today (Jan 9) for the FOURTH time to find out wheren the hell it is, I was informed that Air Miles DOES NO SHIPPING FROM DEC 10 TO JAN 7!!! Really?? At the busiest time of the year!!!! And WHY didn't the first 3 idiots tell me that? They kept brushing me off..."Oh it should be there any day now". And Why didn't it say that on their website??? I wouldn't have bought a ski pass for my son for his ski trip in early January if I had known it would take a month to mail a piece of paper to me! Now wtf will I do with it? He's back from the trip now. TIME TO STOP COLLECTING AIR MILES!!!
