BBC iPlayer on Xbox 360 with Unblock Us??

Has anyone had any luck getting the BBC iPlayer app to download on the Xbox 360?

I have made my DNS changes to my router. I have changed the locale on the Xbox to the United Kingdom and I have created a new Avatar with an Xbox Live UK account. I can download other apps like 4OD and Sky. But I get an error message about my location when I try to get the BBC app. I have even changed the DNS settings on the Xbox hoping this would work.

I contacted Unblock Us and they sent me some very vague, very confusing instructions on how to change or add the firewall on my router. Plus, it was for another router brand and I couldn't see anything similar for my router's settings (I have the Bell Fibe Sagemcom router).

I have the BBC iPlayer working on my iPad and can connect that to the TV. But I thought the Xbox would give me better sound and picture. It would be great to have this working. Any help would be appreciated!
