Default One network switch or two?

Hey all,

I have FibreOp TV and Internet and wondered if it was better (performance wise) to have a separate switch for Data and TV (from the Actiontech/Asus) or a single switch for both TV and Data?

I have one 24 port gigabit and one 8 port fast Ethernet switch.

Thanks!

I recently put a 5 port gigabyte switch on the actiontech router for my two STB's. I've noticed a nice improvement on response time on both of them. I'd definitely recommend it!
