Can anyone recommend a good stock / portfolio tracking software for Mac OS X?
I've tried both Quicken and iBank but they seem to be overly complicated for what I need and more geared towards the personal finance game. I'm looking for something that will allow me to track my stocks and mutual funds on a weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly level without too much work. Integration with my discount brokerage (TD Waterhouse) would be a bonus but not a requirement. Any ideas? TIA! |

In TD Waterhouse, if you click on your fund (or stock) does it not show performance graphs, etc. Perhaps these are not in the form you want them?

Odd, I got an error trying to post this (reported in member feedback) so I'm surprised to see this here.
Yes, that works for individual stocks but I want an entire portfolio view starting at purchase date. Their web interface does allow you to setup up to 6 portfolios but the info is very rudimentary. Cheers. |

I don't want that information stored online.
I'm currently using a pretty simple spreadsheet that I update weekly. I'm able to import the data easily from provided CSV files so overall things are too bad. I was thinking of writing something myself but at this rate I won't have time until I'm retired which won't be for many years. |
