Just got this unit last week and still learning. USB in front. I loaded some TV shows onto a USB stick from iTunes. Put in the stick and found the files (mp4). The manual shows mp4 is a playable file. When I chose one of the shows and hit play I got `Corrupt or Unsupported file`. I`ve tried 2 different sticks and get the same results. I`m not sure if I should have put this in the computer section or not. I might try if I don`t get any results here. Thanks.

Are the shows purchased from iTunes?

Can only be played on devices that support iTunes then: computers, iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, AppleTV.
