Default Trying To Switch From Bell DSL To Teksavvy DSL: Kill Me Now!

Anyone able to share their experiences with trying to switch from Bell DSL to Teksavvy DSL? I wanted to switch to Bell's Fibe25, but of course they can't retain my grandfathered "unlimited cap" clause and can only offer me a piddly (for me!) 220 GB cap (including insurance). So I contact Teksavvy, and now they keep saying that I have "an incompatible product on my line" that needs to be removed by Bell.

I'm then told to speak to Bell's Hi-Speed Centre, which seems to be in India (cue individual on barely audible line speaking dicey English ). Almost ready to give up.

Any advice?
