Switch bell to virgin + new phone ?

I like the Virgin plans & coverage & need a new phone

My 1 phone ( bell)is clear of contract
My 2nd phone (bell) has about 5 months to go

I want the new phone to have the number of phone 2

I think I have to pay bell to swap the phone numbers between #2 & #1 & then turn in the clear of contract phone & activate a new virgin

Any other way so I avoid swapping fee with Bell?

You'll have to contact Bell and see what they recommend. I suspect you'll have to pay at least an administrative fee to switch either the numbers or transfer the contract from one line to the other.

Once the phone number you want to port is clear, then you can contact Virgin.
