Event starts at 3pm ET, live, in the states, but since baseball games run for 2h30 or 3 hours and that game starts at 1:30pm, it's impossible for Sportsnet One to air the live event at 3pm (unless there's heavy rain with a defective roof stadium), so it'll be time-delayed, tentative start time at 4pm ET... unless the game goes overtime.

I don't think they're showing a baseball game on Sportsnet One on Saturday. Their schedule lists cricket from 10:30-2:00 ET followed by "Intentional Talk" from 2 to 3, then the UFC.

The Angels-Yankees game will be on Fox, if you're looking for it.

Ah, TV Listings has caught up on the update for SN1.

TVA Sports announced on-air coverage of UFC 145 (prelims) for Apr 21, the main event starts at 10pm ET, but their evening schedule doesn't reflect this. Sportsnet East/Ont/West/Pac will be covering this while SN1 will air the Blue Jays game. Again, I don't see why it's not the other way around.

Its not the other way around because Rogers needs to justify SN1 by having the Jays on it.

UFC on FX 4, June 22nd. There will be prelims starting at 7pm and main show 9pm to 11pm.
TVA Sports opted to air NHL Draft instead of the prelims, eventho it's already covered by RDS and TSN. Sportsnet One have live baseball, so the UFC will be on regional Sportsnet.

UFC 147: Silva vs. Franklin 2 on PPV, June 23rd. Prelims on regional Sportsnet 8pm to 10pm while Sportsnet One have live baseball. TVA Sports have MLS Soccer at 7:30pm with the local team, so prelims are bumped to 10:30pm after the 10pm TVA Sports news...

So far, french-language commentaries have been insignificant and inferior to english ones, but unlike Sportsnet East, there are no extra fees for the HD version on Vidéotron. Speaking of which, Vidéotron recently mentionned on their Facebook page they're looking at modifying these extra fees for TSN/RSN HD.
