CNBC's Mad Money TV show is not shown in Windsor on Cogeco Cable 40 in Windsor as of Monday March 19, 2012

At 5pm this channel starts replaying what was shown starting at 3pm until 7pm. Then at 7pm channel shows the correct scheduled show by Larry Kudlow. This effectively eliminates showing of Jim Cramer's Mad Money which is scheduled for 6pm. In a likewise manner, the scheduled repeats of Mad Money at 11pm and next day at 4am or nor shown and are substited by other repeated shows.

What's up? Is this a Cogeco problem ? A CNBC problem? A CRTC issue, An advertising rights issue?

We do not the CNBC US up here (think is the CNBC UK). I dont get it but some show have a blackout... I can see some of there primetime show( that might air on other Canada stations) i see the same issuse on shaw.
