Millstone Join Date: Oct 2009 Location: Port Colborne, ON Posts: 113	CTV dropouts Recorded a program on classic ch. 313 tonight, signal 98 and Ecb/No 11.3, pixelization and audio dropouts every 20 seconds or so. What could it be?
