I know everyone is waiting for a bell HD PVR but I saw a blurb in the globe about http://www.tacp.toshiba.com/dvr/prod...?model=rd-xs52

I only see Front Panel A/V & IEEE1394DV Inputs so I guess you'd need a cable box or something similar, so you could record it to your pc for free if you really wanted anyway.

And HDMI? Video Upconversion - 720p/1080i is only for watching dvds? It's not a input for recording from 720p or 1080i?
